we'll do our best to have your chosen dresses available for your try-on. however, availability depends on your event date, so we can't guarantee every dress will be available. we'll get back to you as soon as possible to confirm which dresses we can arrange for your appointment xo

once you've sent the details, we'll get back to you ASAP! if your selected items are available, we'll book your fitting. if some of your selected dresses aren't available, don't worry! we have three racks of our most popular dresses in store, so you'll still have plenty of beautiful options to try on during your appointment. once you approve, we'll begin the rental process.

we need to make sure our lenders' pieces are always protected. to confirm your rental, sign the contract, pay both the deposit/rental fees, and we'll take care of the rest! on the day of your choosing before your event, we'll organize a pick-up. afterward, we handle the dry cleaning and we'll arrange for hassle-free drop off.
